• Qualifications and registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an inpatient mental health unit
• Experience in clinical leadership
• Demonstrate personal commitment to ongoing professional development
• Working With Children Check.

About the role This role will involve, but is not limited to:

• Working knowledge of the Mental Health Act & associated regulatory frameworks
• Acting as a professional resource and demonstrating broad knowledge in all facets of caring for patients to ensure the highest levels of nursing care.
• Supervising and supporting staff within the unit
• Conflict Resolution skills
• Ability to function effectively in a team environment, and willingness to support novice staff
• Participation in Quality improvement Programs in line with organisational and departmental strategic plans
• Display and promote the Ramsay Clinic Values.

Remuneration: On offer is a full-time equivalent, base annual salary ranging from $102,387.90 - $108,784.58 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
